Please read these terms carefully before using MonoKotha services. By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Last Updated: January 1, 2025
The information provided on the MonoKotha website — including descriptions of services, pricing, counsellor profiles, and educational content — is intended for general awareness and support purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or a guarantee of outcomes. Professional advice should always be sought from a qualified mental health professional for specific concerns.
MonoKotha's counselling, therapy, and support services are not a replacement for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe mental health crisis, or are in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services (call 999), go to the nearest hospital emergency department, or reach out to a crisis helpline immediately. Our services are designed for ongoing support and are not equipped to handle emergency situations.
Counselling appointments are subject to the availability of our counsellors and service slots. Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee confirmation. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment. In cases where your preferred time or counsellor is unavailable, we will offer alternative options.
Fees for counselling services may vary depending on the professional's tier (Trainee, Assistant, or Senior), the type of service (individual, couple, family, career, assessment), and the mode of delivery (online or offline). The pricing information on our website is indicative and subject to change. Final fees will be communicated during the appointment confirmation process.
In cases where a client presents with high-risk conditions, severe mental health disorders requiring psychiatric intervention, or situations that are beyond the scope of our counselling services, MonoKotha reserves the right to refer the individual to appropriate medical or specialized services. This referral is made in the best interest of the client's safety and well-being.
MonoKotha is not an emergency crisis response service. We provide counselling, awareness, assessment, and mental health support services. We are not equipped to provide immediate crisis intervention, emergency medical care, or psychiatric emergency services. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services right away.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use of any content without prior written consent from MonoKotha is strictly prohibited. Workshop materials, PDF resources, and assessment tools provided to clients are for personal use only and may not be redistributed.
MonoKotha and its team members shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the inability to use our services, unauthorized access to your data, or any actions taken based on information available on our website. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
